We follow the Agile Software Development philosophy and use the Scrum methodology. At the same time, we develop, test, and implement your product to ensure the highest quality. As part of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), we perform technical support, and website improvements. We advise on what needs to be revamped. We also periodically update the system. We use Jira, Redmine, TargetProcess, or any other ticketing system of your choice.
